IHS Environmental Standards Collections provide quick and easy access to standards needed to manage environmental issues such as:

Two collections are available:
- Environmental Standards Collection - Code of Federal Regulations, Title 40 - These standards related to U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) requirements are followed by organizations handling petroleum and natural gas. They include procedures for hazardous materials (HAZMAT) storage and transport, as well as general safety and environmental guidelines.
- IHS Environmental - This collection is used by specifiers, managers and operators of machine tools and moving machines of all kinds. It includes standards for concrete, mechanical power presses, machine tools, pipe and bending machines, safety, demolition, occupational noise, moving walkways, hoists and elevators, maintaining the integrity of pipelines, accepted practices in health and safety training, and more.
