Scope:
This Practice describes the minimum information required from each analyzer system vendor (ASV) for properly comparing bids for the analyzer system. PIP PCSPA04D provides for input of the following information:
a. Cost of systems and components
b. Analyzer system project schedule
c. Key personnel who will be assigned to the project
These instructions should accompany the "Data Sheet" when it is sent to the ASV for Bid Preparation.
Purpose
This Practice provides instructions for preparing a Process Analyzer Bid Proposal Data Sheet, PIP PCSPA04D. If prepared in accordance with this Practice, PIP PCSPA04D can provide a standardized format for replies to requests for quotation (RFQ) for process analyzers. PIP PCSPA04D simplifies the comparison of multiple bids and ensures uniformity in the comparison both technically and commercially.
