Scope:
This Practice covers manufacturing and performance requirements for vertical submerged motor centrifugal pumps and their accessories.
Pumps with service conditions within the limits listed below are covered by this Practice:
a. Maximum discharge pressure 3,500 kPa (500 psig)
b. Minimum pumping temperature 0ºC (32ºF)
c. Maximum pumping temperature 150ºC (300ºF)
d. Maximum rotational speed 3,600 rpm
