Scope:
This test method covers the determination of long polystyrene blocks in SBR rubbers and styrene-reinforced latices.
Percent block styrene content may be determined in the range from 1 to 100 %.
This test method is intended for use on gel-free polymers, but it may be used on polymers containing gel, if it has been proven that gel does not interfere.
