Scope:

1. Purpose and Scope 1.1 This test method provides the general principles and procedures which are currently in use for determining the colorfastness to light of textile materials that are used in extreme conditions of light elevated temperature and humidity, such as trim material in automotive interiors The test method described is applicable to materials of all kinds including applied colorants, finishes and treatments.
