A pipeline supervisory control center is a center for monitoring and controlling a pipeline system. This publication presents six lists of general considerations appropriate for developing or revamping a pipeline supervisory control center. The lists are not all-inclusive but should help stimulate further, detailed analyses. Although the items in each list need not be considered in numerical order, the lists themselves should be considered in the order in which they are presented.
