Scope
This practice defines the conditions for the exposure and
qualitative evaluation of poly(vinyl
chloride) (PVC) compounds for plasticizer compatibility under humid
conditions. Change in
appearance is used for judging compatibility.
The text of this practice references notes and footnotes that
provide explanatory material.
These notes and footnotes (excluding those in tables and figures)
shall not be considered as
requirements of this practice.
The values stated in SI units are to be regarded as the standard.
