Scope:

This performance specification covers mixtures of emulsified coal-tar pitch (mineral colloid type), mineral aggregates, and optional polymeric admixtures that are used as a weather-protective and straight aliphatic hydrocarbon resistant coatings over bituminous pavements of airports, parking areas, and driveways.
