This Marshall Work Instruction (MWI) establishes the method of requesting, scheduling, and using resources and services from Marshall organizations for Marshall special events. This MWI provides instructions for the organization responsible for planning and implementing a special event held at Marshall or outside of Marshall, and sets forth the method of requesting, scheduling, and utilizing services through the Events Coordinator (EC).
This MWI applies to the personnel, programs, projects, and activities at Marshall Space Flight Center (MSFC) including contractors and resident agencies to the extent specified in their respective contracts or agreements. ("Contractors," for purposes of this paragraph, include contractors, grantees, Cooperative Agreement recipients, Space Act Agreement partners, or other agreement parties.)
