Scope:
SUMMARY
An analysis of grouted connections with shear lugs is presented and
compared with experimental results available from several sources. The
extent of agreement between the analysis and measurements is
sufficient to justify a critical re-examination of design procedures
and standards currently applied to offshore grouted connections with
shear lugs.
